We are committed to processing claims in a consistent and accurate manner. Those seeking the cashless route would have to visit the insurance desk / TPA desk for the hospitalization of the patient. Admin staff will prepare all of the necessary forms for submission of your procedures to your insurance company. However, we remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our hospital.

We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we’ll do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits.

If you would like to know what your expected coverage will be, we will submit a pre-treatment estimate. Your insurer will generally send a detailed response within 2-3 weeks.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

After admission insurance procedures are completed, the staff will escort the patient to the allotted room/bed and make you feel comfortable.
